Every subscription starts with one or more of our four modules: Digital Safety Case, Register, Bow Tie and Compliance. Each comes with the features that run across the platform, including the Golden Thread, connections, tasks, assessment tools, assurance frameworks, reports, geotagging, Ripple, assets and the RiskFlag API. Software maintenance, updates, and technical support are all included as standard.
The RiskFlag API is free to use, so your own systems, scripts and AI agents can work directly with your data, using tokens scoped to one organisation with read or write access. RiskFlag also connects with SharePoint, and with Microsoft Copilot and other AI assistants through a secure MCP connector. We can also configure the platform to pull data from your existing systems via custom API solutions, which is a bespoke service involving developer support.
We take security seriously and build it into everything we do. Our risk management software platform follows a security-driven approach and is certified to ISO 27001 (information security) and ISO 9001 (quality) by BSI, with features like two-factor authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), role-based access, encrypted storage, and detailed audit logs - so your information stays protected and private. We are Cyber Essentials+ certified and conduct annual independent platform penetration testing.
No. RiskFlag’s software for enterprise risk management and safety cases runs entirely in the cloud, so there’s nothing to install. You’ll always have the latest version, with updates made automatically. On-premise installation of RiskFlag’s software is also available at an additional cost.
To get the most out of RiskFlag’s enterprise risk management software, you’ll need a web-connected device – ideally a desktop or laptop. A stable internet connection, a modern web browser, and a PDF viewer are required for accessing reports. If your account uses two-factor authentication (2FA), you’ll also need a compatible 2FA app.
Our enterprise risk management software supports the current versions of all major browsers, including Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari.
The platform is available 24/7 through a secure web application, subject to planned maintenance and upgrades.
Yes, you can export all user and audit data as a PDF document at any point during your contract. All the evidence can also be exported in a single ZIP file.

If you choose to. RiskFlag AI is switched on organisation by organisation. Once it is, everyone in the organisation has an assistant that understands RiskFlag and your records: it answers questions, makes the changes you approve, reviews whole cases and runs checks on a schedule, always within each person’s own permissions.
Yes. The RiskFlag app for iPhone, iPad and Android takes compliance checklists on site, with offline working, QR scanning, photos and voice notes. It is coming soon to the App Store and Google Play.
