RiskFlag Ltd (company number 14114560, registered office Chancery House, 30 St Johns Road, Woking, GU21 7SA) provides the RiskFlag platform.

Personal data in the RiskFlag platform

When RiskFlag provides the platform to a customer, it processes personal data on that customer's behalf. How it does so is set out in the Personal Data Processing Addendum, which forms part of our Terms and Conditions and is at the end of that page.

The third parties RiskFlag uses to process that data, what each one does and where, are listed on our Sub-processors page.

This website

Enquiries. When you send a form on this website, what you enter is emailed to our team at info@riskflag.com so we can reply. We also keep a copy on our web server for 90 days, so an enquiry isn't lost if the email fails, and then delete it. We use it only to answer your enquiry.

Visitor statistics. We count visits with Umami, which we run ourselves on our own server. It uses no cookies, doesn't store your IP address, and can't identify you or follow you to other websites. It records which pages are viewed, the site that linked to us, and your browser, type of device and country. If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal, your visit isn't counted.

Cookies. This website doesn't set cookies. The map on our Contact page loads only if you choose to show it. It comes from Google, which may then set its own cookies.

Hosting. The website is hosted by Mythic Beasts Ltd in the UK. Our web server keeps standard access logs, which include IP addresses, for 14 days, for security and to fix problems.
