What’s new in RiskFlag 6

RiskFlag 6 is the biggest update to the platform since we started. It brings building compliance, AI and new ways of working with your data together with the safety case tools you already use. Here are the highlights.

Compliance, built in

The new Compliance module runs checklists across your buildings and assets on a schedule: fire doors, communal areas, water temperatures and more. Assets carry QR tags, checklists can include registers for recording defects, and every round files its own report. Results connect to the claims in your safety cases, so your evidence stays current.

RiskFlag AI

RiskFlag AI is available to organisations that opt in. The assistant answers questions about your records, makes changes only once you approve them, and can import a whole case from an existing safety case report. Scheduled prompts and thorough reviews keep an eye on things for you.

Analysis

A new Analysis area brings assessments, risk matrices, bow ties and registers together, with delivery plans you can export to PDF and PowerPoint. Assurance frameworks, which map your cases against the standards you follow, now have their own place in the menu.

Building safety

Key Building Information, the golden thread, file slots and milestones help accountable persons show the Building Safety Regulator that risks are understood and managed.

Working the way you do

RiskFlag now connects to SharePoint, and to Microsoft Copilot and other AI assistants through a secure connector. Sign-in works with Microsoft and Google accounts, and reports export to Word, PDF, Excel and PowerPoint.

Every existing customer has RiskFlag 6 today. If you would like a walkthrough of what is new, get in touch.
