RiskFlag Round-up
It’s been a while since our last update, but with good reason – as the team’s been busy supporting more clients, more buildings, and growing our capacity.
More than 1,000 buildings are now registered with RiskFlag. It’s quite a milestone, and we’re really proud that more and more housing providers are choosing our platform for their safety cases.
We’re also seeing our clients achieve BACs in a system where most applications are failing. We designed our safety case software to give the people accountable for making these cases the confidence, tools and evidence they need to succeed – and it’s great to see it working. We’ll share more detail on the numbers soon.

To keep pace with demand, we’ve opened a new office in Sheffield for our ever-growing developer team, while continuing to strengthen our bases in the south and west. The picture, it's the view from the balcony of the new office.
We’ve also welcomed new expertise to the team, with Emma McInerney joining as our Head of Building Safety. With two decades of experience across aerospace and housing, Emma brings both engineering depth and real-world knowledge of what it takes to prepare HRB safety cases. You’ll hear more from her in her first blog post next week.
And last, but by no means least – our new website is here! We wanted to make it clearer and simpler for people to see how we work with clients, the difference RiskFlag makes, and why we do what we do. Take a look around, we’d love to know what you think…
