The structured framework of RiskFlagSC allows the accountable person to justify the claim that a building, system or perhaps even an event, is safe. 

RiskFlagSC has a powerful reporting function to deliver conventional Word reports at the click of a button. Forecasting, evidence pool, delivery plan and safety case overview reports also come as standard. 

No longer is there a need to stop work and dig into various document libraries, or to phone and email around the business to gather the right information to present to the senior leadership team or an auditor. If an incident occurs, the safety case can be preserved at that exact moment to help with accountability and learning from experience. 

A picture paints a thousand words. Our visual representation of the safety argument allows you to quickly identify issues that may require further attention to minimise risk. Whilst RiskFlagSC can produce a full safety case report with one click, we also like to see the visual representation of the situation today, and the situation once the delivery plan is complete.

Multiple documents are often referenced in support of more than one safety argument, hence there is the potential to miss changes or fail to track evidence validity. Using suitable and traceable document and web links, you are guaranteed to be referencing the most recent, relevant or appropriate document. 

The oil that lubricates the wheels of safety is culture and RiskFLagSC helps to engender the right safety behaviours within your team. The safety case becomes integral to risk based decision making and safety assessments. Changes are recorded and reviewed for their impact on the overall safety picture. Corporate experience can be captured and reused in templates and guidance, all of which means more efficiency with less effort. 

RiskFlagSC can be used across the whole organisation, as well as by external bodies as required, allowing safety or compliance information to be shared and understood by all those with a role in the safety case. 

Using RiskFlagSC means that when John from the safety department leaves, he doesn't take all your corporate learning with him, because your corporate memory is stored securely in a digital environment, not just in John's head.  

   Changes to RiskFlag’s code base go through a suite of automated tests and are reviewed and go through a round of manual review. When code changes pass the automated testing system, the changes are first pushed to a staging server wherein RiskFlag employees are able to test changes before an eventual push to production servers and our customer base. We also add a specific security review for particularly sensitive changes and features. RiskFlag engineers also have the ability to “cherry pick” critical updates and push them immediately to production servers.
